All good thank you came safely to be end up with a parasite which she is on medication .

A few concerns. We purchased our dog based on the ad pictures. As soon as I paid I asked for more photos. At first they were so nice and said absolutely. I called day after day because nothing was sent. After a week of asking I was then refused photos and told that the breeder only sends pictures every 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I had to reach out again. I finally said I believe the ad photos I saw were stock photos and they did not actually have a dog for me and that’s why they could not produce any pictures. Eventually a few days later, beyond the 2 weeks, I received pictures. However, when I received my puppy that based on the birthday in the ad, she should have been 10 weeks. I took her to the vet the day I got her and the vet said, she’s at most 8 weeks. Confirming I did not actually purchase the dog in the ad photos. I also proactively had her checked for parasites the day we got her and she had 3 different parasites Giardia, Coccidia and hookworm! We have spent hundreds of dollars and weeks of time trying to get her cured.

Jamie, we are sorry that you are not completely happy with your pup. Some of our breeders live in very rural areas where, even today, there is no quality internet service. So they have to travel into town to effectively send pictures. You did receive the pictures as promised after the time quoted. Every photo is of the actual pups represented. We NEVER use stock photos, that is why we were 100% honest and had to wait for updated photos. It is impossible for anyone, including a Veterinarian to determine a date of birth with certainty. Like human children, pups can develop at varying paces. I am sure you have seen children who you thought were older or younger than their actual age. Your pup's (AKC registered) date of birth is accurate as disclosed in the original listing and as recorded in the AKC paperwork. There is no logical reason for a breeder to falsify a DOB. Any of the common parasites found in pups at the time of delivery would be covered under our PetPay health guarantee. If you have not already please forward all of your vet documents to [email protected] so that we can get you taken care of.
Pawrade guided us through every step of the process and were quick to respond to any of my questions. They arranged the puppy to be delivered right to our house and I could tell she had been well cared for! Would definitely recommend Pawrade to others!
