PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

Contacted Pawrade to look for a Maltese as my previous Maltese recently passed. They had an excellent selection and were very thorough, helpful and transparent. The transport company, Express Puppies, were also very responsible and professional. Great experience from inception to delivery, as my puppy arrived today on time, clean, full of energy and so darn cute!

I loved the information I was given at each step in the process of getting Gracie‼️ Every person I talked with was very helpful—especially Pam‼️❤️ The delivery of Gracie last night went very smoothly! It was wonderful to finally have Gracie in my arms‼️🙏🏻❤️🐶

From start to finish everyone was kind, caring, and professional. Everything they said is true about my new puppy. He is happy and healthy and I would recommend this service highly.

All the procedures where easy to complete..the transportation guys where right on time to deliver Shorty.. I'm completely happy with dealing with the people at Pawrade..I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a puppy dog.

Helpful staff

I filed a complaint with BBB also. See below (modified to show registered v unregistered desire for compensation) Tldr: Wonderful puppy, but not a real American bully. Complaint Summary: Pawrade misrepresented a puppy we purchased, resulting in fraud. Despite assurances of breed legitimacy, the puppy was not as advertised, and Pawrade has refused to provide a fair resolution. Complaint Details: Date of Transaction/Issue: 8 March 2025 Amount Paid: $8,117.85 What Happened: We purchased a puppy advertised as an American Bully through Pawrade after being assured the animal was healthy, accurately represented, and backed by their “transparent, safe, and fraud-free” process. I relied on Pawrade’s marketing, customer service, and promises when making this decision. After payment and delivery, it became clear that the puppy was misrepresented (the breeder delivered the puppy and paperwork provided clear documentation that showed puppy was a "hybrid bull"), and the situation constituted fraud. They told us to send the original registration form back so that they could correct. This experience caused financial loss and emotional distress to my family, as we would likely have chosen a different dog with proper documentation. Attempts to Resolve: I reached out to Pawrade approximately 15 times since the day of delivery (3/14/25) to present via phone, email, and their customer service platform. Each attempt either was delayed in a response or without a fair and clear resolution. They continue to say that they're "working on it." Pawrade has failed to take responsibility or offer appropriate remediation. Desired Resolution: I am seeking: A refund for the difference between the amount paid for a registered or unregistered puppy (about 5k) due to Pawrade’s misrepresentation. An acknowledgment of wrongdoing and a change in their practices to prevent other families from experiencing this type of fraud.

Would recommend this company for your next puppy. Great experience.

We found our newest family member thru Pawrade. They were very responsive and very accessible and very willing to share details and information; which assured us that we were dealing with an honest company
