Hey Teresita, short and sweet and we certainly appreciate it. Thank you for choosing Pawrade and best wishes.
Our bundle of joy arrived during a snow storm. The travel was a little delayed due to snow storm, but Pawrade kept us informed of her whereabouts. During the process we asked for updated pictures and video, and found the staff at Pawrade to be very attentive to our concerns. We are very happy with the puppy we picked.

This is not a legitimate review. Unfortunately, there are many "adopt, don't shop" activist who have made it their job to post false reviews on any business that helps folks find a pup from a reputable breeder. Please note they didn't post a name and when we reached out to them through Trustpilot they have refused to respond as this would expose them.
Smooth processing.

We purchased a puppy in July 2023; she has a hereditary disease that we were not aware of. We were told that these puppies were clear from any hereditary diseases and now we have thousands of dollars in vet bills. We will not recommend pawrade to anyone; I have emailed and no response.

Amy, you submitted to us your vet documents from June of 2023 showing that your vet inspected the puppy and found it to be in perfect health. We have had no communication with you since then. Please submit your vet documents for this hereditary disease to [email protected] so that we may process a claim for you. We can not address your issue if you choose to not make us aware.
They were very communicative about the puppy adopting process. They made it a great experience!
