Roxann, thank you for the kind words and thank you for choosing Pawrade!
Very comprehensive and professional. The most concern was for the dog and it's care. They did a fantastic job of communication as the process went on.

My experience with pawrade was nothing short of amazing. The communication and ease of the whole process was unbelievable. My puppy arrived to me in the most caring hands, she came so clean and happy. She acclimated immediately, she was very well taken care of and I couldn't be happier!

Hey Briana, we are so happy to hear that we were able to do an amazing job for you and your new best buddy. Thank you for the kind words and best wishes.
They will claim to work with you. Everything seems legit until after your PAY IN FULL. Then within 48 hrs of paying and signing “their agreement” they will start changing what was agreed on. They will claim it’s for the “puppies health.” Yet they won’t give you a firm pick up date. Save yourself the headache ache and go directly to a breeder, this third party service is a scam.

Unfortunately, this review is not fair or accurate. The poster purchased a VERY small pup. Any pup must be at least 2 pounds or 12 weeks of age to leave its mother. This is for the health and safety of the pup. Tiny pups are extremely fragile. This is also a USDA guideline that we follow because the safety of the pup overrides everything, even a customers eagerness to get the pup. This is also clearly outlined in the Reservation Agreement that the buyer signed and specifically initialed the section as well. We did not change anything. The buyer demanded that we change, put the pup at risk, and break the USDA guidelines. We will not endanger a pup for any reason.
This is my second puppy from Pawrade and the first time was perfect. I love seeing all the chihuahua puppies from the emails. I chose my favorite (cutiest) puppy and it was flawless every step of the way. My representative and delivery was so helpful, kind and professional Thank you to everyone at Pawrade.

My husband and I just bought a Bernese mountain puppy from here and needless to say we are so happy and in love with the new addition. As is our daughter and they are perfect for each other. The process was smooth. And prompt. If we ever decide to get another we know who it’ll be coming from!
