The best online order experience! Furniture was well packaged and arrived without damage. It was so great not having to assemble anything. Would buy more from them.

Patio HQ offers high quality products at a fair price. The delivery was prompt and the cushions are a perfect fit, far more comfortable than the ones we are replacing

Hi Tim, thank you for the review and happy that you're happy with everything! PatioHQ
Furniture pilot holes were very off making it very hard to assemble. Waiting for the sofa to be exchanged as it cracked trying to get screws in they were so off. The cushions seam very light weight and not the quality we have on our other patio furniture but the wood seems good quality. Their customer service so far has been great and we got it for Christmas.

Hi Mari, so sorry about that and I see that we took care of the issue. Is there something wrong with the cushions? Thanks, PatioHQ
I ordered covers for my cushions on my outdoor sofa and chairs (Jensen deep lounge set) and they are perfect. The back cushion covers are a little big but my set is over 10 years old so they may have changed the size in that time. They still look so good. I'm so happy to have covers that I can take off and wash if need be. Thank you!

Great pricing on quality Sunbrella fabric, Ashe colorway, replacement outdoor cushions with black cording. They came much more quickly than I was expecting. It was a very easy purchase!

Initially, I had difficulty in placing the order online but I subsequently received an email from PatioHQ recognizing the difficulty I was having online and asking if they could be of assistance. I was suspicious at first thinking that it might be a scam, but once I realized that it was not, with PatioHQ's assistance, we got the matter cleared up and the order placed. Phone calls were exchanged and the person I dealt with couldn't have been any more helpful! Thank you! He explained to me how the ordering and purchasing process worked and provided me with a phone number where I could text or call him directly. It took a while to receive the chairs and I knew that going in when I placed the order but they were delivered as promised and at a price that was only slightly higher than what we paid several years ago from a local vendor for the same chairs.
