Thank you for letting us know. We’re sorry for the difficulty registering your kit and the delay in testing, this is not the experience we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we can look into it.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We are fully covered by Traditional Medicare Part B, and we continue to actively work with insurance providers to expand coverage and help our patients receive the benefits they deserve. Insurance coverage is an ongoing process that involves extensive review and negotiation. While we continually work to expand coverage options, many insurance companies are slow to adopt or approve newer, advanced testing, which can make obtaining coverage challenging despite its clinical value.

Hi Vincent, We sincerely apologize for the mistake in addressing you and understand how important it is to be respected and acknowledged correctly. You were correct in putting your biological sex on the test, rather than your expressed gender, as it does help generate more accurate results. If you had any questions in regards to your results please reach out to [email protected]. Thank you for your suggestion in switching to first names, we are implementing a first name plus last name address policy moving forward. Best, MicroGenDX Team
