Don't answer queries, just copy-paste the previous answer. Trial doesn't give any of the promised features, and I must first provide a five-star review before I can get the trial features that were promised free. Thanks to you I was forced to go to a computer shop for help.

Great Customer Service and they answered very quickly that the USB-C will not supported and I have to switch to USB-A. The Software it selfs is very easy to use and once if you push the right button the Lock will disappear.

WORK with every phone!

I was skeptical that this would really work but it did. I was able to create a new Admin password and reset the password on the other user account on my laptop. It really worked as described and I have full use of that laptop again.
