Works great and when I requested to upgrade my membership for lifetime support was very quick and responsive 5 STARS ALL THE WAY

As a PC support tech, people often call with the issue, i cant log in, forgot password. This software is exceptional. Its easy to set up, easy to use, and so far has been 100% successful in my line of work, cant recommend it enough to other support techs. And even home users, if you get locked out, this can get you back in. Love the software.

BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SOFTWARE. IT IS A SCAM - USUALLY OFFERS A SERVICE THAT CAN BE DONE FOR FREE. It also didn't work? - seriously. It's super hard to cancel your subscription as well. AWFUL. AVOID
