I ordered a Lennox X8798 electronic Ballast on November 22, 2019 and proceeded to get a shipment notification on November 26 but, nothing has happened since then. I sent their customer service and email on December 2 which they responded a day later with "We've sent a message to our warehouse". I sent another email December 5 in the morning requesting an update. Nothing. I've sent another email today (Dec 6) to cancel and get a refund. Hopefully that happens soon so I can order another part from somewhere else.

Customer service rep was so helpful and kind. The part came to me withing 48 hours. Thank you so much!

Got my part in 3 days, email notices telling me the progress in shipping along the way, part works, price competitive.

Part didn’t arrive on time

The item shipped was missing one of the rubber caps for the clean-out drain. I reused an old one but seller gets 4/5 stars for not containing all parts as listed on item description. Was otherwise as described and was the correct part. Also shipped on time.

Beware when ordering any product from PartzStop!! I ordered a “White Rodgers” thermostat for $61.10 + $4.99 shipping & handling for a total of $66.09, but instead, PartzStop sent me an “Emerson” thermostat, which I could have originally ordered for $39.00 with free shipping, a difference of $27.09. But we wanted the exact same item brand name we have in our home. Plus, to me when it comes to electronics, there’s a reason why there are items that fit and do the same job, but are made inferior in quality and therefore are cheaper in price. Besides, this is like ordering an OEM part and paying for the price of an OEM part but receiving an after market product that is cheaper in quality and price, and being told that because it’s the same product the supplier, in this case PartzStop, won’t refund the difference on the overpaid item price. When I pointed this out to PartzStop, and just asked for a credit of $27.09, I was told that, all they could offer was a return for the product at my own return shipping cost and there would also be a shelf restocking cost. If that’s how they want to play it, than I will make sure that any future product I order will NOT EVER come from PartzStop EVER AGAIN! I would rather pay extra to have it come from another supplier, than give PartzStop my business EVER AGAIN! And any other smart person, who orders products from Amazon or otherwise, should be aware and beware; if ordering any products supplied by PartzStop! Can’t say you weren’t warned!
