This item is bogus is not even working. Please let me know can l return this item and get my money back

I am still waiting for Kenmoore 4- front lawnmower driver parts to be delivered to me. Otherwise, parts should fix lack of front drive engagement to power front wheels.

Thank you for your quick service and delivery. I have written twice to find out how to return this item with no reply. This is an item that the customer changed their mind. Please advise

I would gladly have given service a 5 star rating if it hadn't been for the extremely annoying shipping! It took a long time (I am assuming the filters weren't in stock in IL, but had to come from the manufacturer) to process the order for shipment. Then they shipped with an in person signature required for filters with no notification that someone needed to be home to sign at the mercy of an inconsistent Fed Ex schedule. Delivery day one, I was home, but Fed Ex never even rang the doorbell. I signed the door tag to leave the package. Day 2 delivery person writes signature must be in person on the new door tag. Beyond frustrating and could have been avoided by PartzStop communicating better, or better yet, not having at in person signature or signature at all required.
