Had the part I needed got in two days great service

Received my part as described. Fast.

I ordered two of the same parts for my furnace. I only received one of them and the invoice stated two were shipped. I emailed to have the second one shipped. I received an email asking for pictures of what I received and the invoice. I emailed the requested pictures back. After multiple emailed I have received no response or a replacement for the missing part. This is terrible service for a company selling furnace parts in the middle of winter.
