Product was advertised correctly and worked great. Shipping was fast and arrival was prompt.

They got the part to me but it was a substitute part as the old part was discontinued. That’s okay, but there was no instructions in the box and a missing connector to complete the installation. Sent multiple emails and support request, no response other than canned messages that said we don’t work on weekends. Called their number and the guy I talked to was deer in the headlights with my question... he quickly sent me over to tech support and there I sat for half hour listening to horrible music. So much for calls generally answered in 15 minutes. As they say, customer no service. Got your money now get out of here. My new part is in but with out the connector for the P2 connection, I don’t have a heat pump that operates. Very disappointed.
