Horrible experience, the website chose the part based on my model number. It was the wrong part I ended up paying $30 to return it minus their shipping cost I've got $60 and nothing to show for it but a bad experience I will never use them again they're plenty of other options available for appliance parts

I had the same experience, picture was what I needed, ordered and they sent a different control board, communication is terrible, I sent a pic of the board I needed and a screenshot of what I ordered, 2 weeks of lost time and a refund was all that was offered. They misrepresented and stonewalled, wasting my time....I won’t do business with them again !

My Jenn-air oven control panel went bad in my downdraft oven. Looked on the Jenn-air website and they no longer service or have parts. I took the old part out and sent to this company. They had it back to me in 5 days. Works great. They saved me $4000 for a new stove. They are awesome! Would definitely recommend them.

Took $150 from me for a repair part but won't give me part nor give my money back

I needed a part for a Bosch microwave/convection oven that was no longer available and after dropping it off on Monday afternoon was informed on Tuesday afternoon it was ready for pickup. For $120 and about 30 minutes of my time, my appliance now works perfectly. I don't understand the negative reviews as my experience was no less than perfect. Will use again and will encourage those I know to check out their pricing before buying new or refurbished.

They will sell you a part as in stock when it’s not. Don’t buy from here and read the negative reviews which are many.

If I could give zero stars i would, I ordered a part for my fridge and paid for 2 day shipping. After 3 business days I had no part and no tracking number. I contact part simple which there is nothing simple about this company and they say we are sorry and they forgot to process the order. So they refund me my 2 day shipping money but can't tell me if they even have the part and when it will ship. All I get is "I emailed our shipping team and waiting to hear back" well this company either has a terrible business model or no one within this company converses. Oh and another thing, they don't return phone calls when they say they will contact you in regards to parts. Terrible customer service and more exhausting fixing the appliance then just actually replacing it. Don't waste your time or money with this company, had I read the reviews first i would have avoided this whole ordeal.

On their website they claim this: Our customers tell us every day about their part issues, and how we’ve helped them locate the parts needed to fix what was broken. Repairing, rather than replacing products not only saves money and helps our environment, but it also just feels good to be able to extend the life of a product and not have to throw it away. I ordered a replacement control board for my GE oven, which they sent promptly and it it worked just fine more a few months. Then it failed. I contacted them, and they assured me that it was under warranty, and that I could send it be for repair. Nine days after I sent them the part, I emailed for an update. I received a reply stating "It has been processed and should ship out today. Once tracking is uploaded it will be emailed to you." The very next day, I received an email with a credit card reimbursement. I emailed back and said that I wanted my part back so that I can send it elsewhere to fix my oven. they replied: "I am sorry we have no way to do that. We recycle those once they are received in our system." So it's one week until Christmas, I now I don't have a working oven. THANK YOU PARTSIMPLE! I called just two or three days before Christmas to speak with a manager, and she said that they would find a "core" part to replace my missing part, but it would not be possible until after the Holidays and they would contact me. I told her that would be satisfactory. It is now 1\11\21, and I have heard nothing. I called their support line, and was told that there was nothing they could do, and that they had sent me an email on 12\29\2020. I can't find an email from them, even after going through the emails in the company firewall. Nothing. It's odd how their other email got through to me, but this one somehow did not. I wonder if that is fraud they advertise on their website, "Repairing, rather than replacing products"? Maybe it should say "Throwing your parts away without your permission, rather than repairing OR replacing".
