Sent my Wolf ech in for repair because of an E7 code. It came back with 7 codes now including the E7. This place is a fraud! Took my $ and did nothing! Tried to dispute it with zero luck.

this website is fake website i try to order the part from this side,when i place the order 259$ it’s showing credit card invalid.but when i check my bank account they charge me 259 .i call my bank and request to dispute this amount.please be aware off this website don’t order from this .

Part number did not match the part number I ordered. Had to pay to return. Customer service is very hard to get through to. Awful experience with this company.

Part Simple returns are NOT SIMPLE - Most complicated return I've ever encounter. You pay for any returns and they LOSE packages. DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

very disappointed, i was never trying to insult there intelligance but the part number provided doesnt look like my board however populated on there website so they wouldnt even try and understand my questions.

The sell defective parts. PartSimple does not test their repairs before sending the part to the customer. Very bad service. They should be investigate by the IL AG.
