Thank you for taking the time to share your review and for your support. We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and understand your frustration regarding the shipping timeline. We’d like to clarify that our website displayed a notice from 09/03/2026 through 09/09/2026 stating that we would be closed on Monday, 09/07, for Labor Day, with no shipping or deliveries that day. Our records show that your order was placed on 09/04/2026 at 1:20 PM CST, and we shipped it that same day as scheduled. While the package was shipped later in the day, our shipping policy provides for shipping and delivery on weekdays only. Since Monday was a holiday, Tuesday was the next available delivery day, and you confirmed that the package was delivered to you on Tuesday. We sincerely apologize for any confusion and appreciate your understanding.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for choosing us. We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused, especially given the urgency of your condenser fan motor and the importance of protecting your freezer inventory. We understand that you paid for expedited shipping expecting it to arrive within the promised timeframe. After reviewing your order, we can confirm that our team has initiated a refund of the expedited shipping charges, charging you only for the ground shipping cost since we did not meet your expected delivery timeline. We sincerely apologize for the experience and will work to improve our service. We appreciate your business and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
