I feel that your service is very good other than the 866 phone no. for costumer questions. Both times that I reached out it was a bad experience. Besides having a difficult time understanding, I was also given incorrect information. Reaching out via email was a better experience although the response time could be a little faster.

We’re pleased that we had the item you needed and that you were satisfied with our pricing and delivery service. Your feedback is greatly appreciated, and we hope to have the opportunity to assist you with future orders.
I ordered an enclosure for a meter that was shown as **in stock** on your website. Before placing the order, I called specifically to confirm availability, and I was told that the item was in stock and ready to ship. Based on that confirmation, I placed the order and paid extra for **2nd Day shipping** because I need this item urgently. Five days later, I called to check the status of my order, only to be told that the item will not be available for another **two weeks**. I do not understand how this is possible. I specifically confirmed stock availability by phone before placing the order and paying for expedited shipping. If I had been told the item was not actually available, I would have purchased it from another supplier. This is extremely disappointing and reflects very poor customer service. Please let me know what you can do to resolve this issue immediately, including whether you can locate the item at another warehouse or expedite it from another source.

Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We're very sorry that the enclosure you ordered was not available as promised, especially after you specifically called to confirm stock and paid for expedited shipping. At the time, we had just one unit left in our warehouse, which was purchased by another customer shortly before your order. Unfortunately, our inventory had not updated in real time, leading to inaccurate stock information. We completely understand your frustration and regret the inconvenience this caused. Your trust is important to us, and we appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. We hope you'll consider giving us another chance to serve you better.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your support. We’re really sorry for the inconvenience caused during your purchase. Unfortunately, the payment details entered for the order caused the transaction to be flagged for additional verification. To help protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, we requested payment verification. As we were unable to receive the required proof, we canceled the order and released the funds back to you. We understand this may have been frustrating, and we sincerely apologize. We hope you’ll consider shopping with us again in the future.
