Paro found us the right resource at the right price. The quality of the work and the consistency of the cost has made a real positive difference for our firm.

We have been working with our CFO, Stephanie, from Paro for 1.5 years now and we absolutely adore her! She is the perfect fit for our company and we highly recommend anyone who is struggling to find the right person for their finance or accounting needs to reach out to Paro.

Hi Leah, we're so glad to hear this, and we look forward to a continued partnership. Thank you for your recommendation and review!
Paro is the worst kind of middle manager. They stick to a nonsensical agreement, even when both the client and provider agree. Paro wants to extend its reach and continue to bill for services that the provider does not want billed. My best advice is to go directly to the provider and leave paro out of it. Save yourself money and work directly.

Hi Levar, we’re disappointed to hear this, but we’re glad your account manager was able to quickly clarify the terms of your contract with your assigned expert. We appreciate and value your feedback.
The communication and options for scheduling was lovely.

Thank you for your review!
This business is an ABSOLUTE SCAM. They onboarded us with an agreed upon term and then continued to charge us for a year beyond our agreement and with no work being done. When asked to do right by us as a customer, they simply pointed to a tiny post-script term that said despite agreed upon term, we will continue to charge until we have been explicitly instructed to terminate business. TERRIBLE response time to concerned emails despite severity of situation both professionally and financially. Deeply irresponsible handling and NO HUMAN is reachable by phone, ever. 0/10.

Hi Eleanor, we are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations or the experience we strive for. Upon reviewing your project, we found that you were invoiced per the terms of your contract with your assigned expert. We understand your concerns, and as a gesture of goodwill, we have canceled an invoice, refunded another and offered a credit for future services.
Paro has been great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. They really helped get our finances in order.

Kerri has been nothing but ace, she has helped me take my business exposure to another level these last couple of months. She has been super patient with me and has helped me make some great connections and business

Thank you for your review! We're so glad to hear you've had such a great experience.
Not only has Paro helped me in finding the best CFO for our business which has many complexities and moving pieces, but they also genuinely care about my perception related to progress and things are going. They are always accessible, and efficient and I am grateful for all their support.
