I've ordered twice and the service has been great.i plan on ordering more.

My items arrived in the wrong color. I called to get it fixed and the customer service team was good about coming to a resolution that would work for us both. I ended up compromising and keeping the incorrect color, but received a discount for my trouble. One item arrived damaged and they sent spray paint to cover it up. Not the best solution.

Quality of benches and assembly materials were excellent; very sturdy. However, the supplied concrete sleeve anchors were substandard. The nuts stripped on the bolt threads as they were tightened. We had to replace all mounting hardware.

Arrived fast and the clients loved them.

What they advertise is what you get.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with placing my order. However, I was promised I would receive email updates regarding the status along the way. I never received them and had to follow up a few times. Once I was connected with a different contact, I began to receive better service.

The ordering processing and customer service were great. When the deliver came to our community center, the delivery driver had no way of getting the tables (5 in total) off of the truck. We do not have a lift on site and I wish we would have been told at time of delivery that we would need to rent a lift to move the tables that were in excess of 300 lbs a piece.
