Easy & quick

The app is very convenient

ParkMobile in Tampa, FL. We were in town from out of state meeting friends for dinner. We parked the rental car near what we thought was the correct restaurant. Within moments of paying for parking with ParkMobile we realized we were in the wrong location. I have reached out multiple times via emails to see how to be refunded only to receive emails from 'Carlos in Monterrey Mexico' that I need to contact the operators of said parking lot. No one knows who that would be. I called the City of Tampa parking div, and was told I needed to reach out to ParkMobile, the 3rd party. I am still waiting for a solution.
