The company has filed for Chapter 7 after taking customer orders and related payments without any intention to fulfill them. While the company is apparently insolvent, the CEO should be sued personally by all customers in a class action for taking customers' money in the past couple months without even turning around to order their furniture from the suppliers. This is pure fraud and should be prosecuted.

I’ve been waiting on two dining chairs since July. Their customer service representative Katy was very nice but they anticipated a march delivery and now nobody is responding. I’ve called and written their support email multiple times. Are they still in business?? I’m very worried about my order as I have already been charged!

This experience has been awful. I purchased a mattress from them and were initially GREAT at responding. I was informed it would take approximately 2 weeks to receive my order. It has now been six weeks, I have sent follow-up emails and left two voicemails.. no reply.

Waited 7 months for my merchandise which they advised was in stock. When the merchandise was finally received it came damaged. I have called and emailed the company several times and no response to my refund or how to handle the return of the damaged merchandise. This company is the worst to deal with. Please do not spend your money with this company. It is a ripoff!!!!

Junk products. I bought 2 items; a sideboard and a table costing over $3000. I waited over 6 months for these items and when they came the quality was deplorable. Absolutely trash. I would have been better off buying Walmart or Target quality. I wouldn't bother ordering from this company as the items are insanely low quality imports from China. It also looks like they removed the ability for customers to leave review on their products.. As I was unable to review both of the items I purchased... Buyer beware.

Shipped damaged coffee table - refused to repair or rectify the situation in any way. Unacceptable. $1400 down the drain!

I ordered two concrete end tables that took forever to get here, which is understandable during this crazy time BUT they arrived damaged, they’re not actually concrete, they’re more like painted metal to look like concrete? They scratch easily (besides the chunks missing upon arrival they were easily scarred just removing the packaging) and despite sending two emails I have never received any response or feedback. $600 down the drain as these tables are complete unfit for my home (and weigh about 80 lbs each so returning/shipping back is not likely). Will never make another purchase from this retailer.

Received a damaged chair and reached out immediately to their support team (it was not damaged in shipment), no response despite multiple inquiries. I eventually had to initiate a chargeback due to nonresponse. Definitely do not give this company your money.
