I wish I had read the reviews before…
I wish I had read the reviews before using this service. Unfortunately, I didn't, and I ended up falling for this scam just like so many other people. I'm writing this review in the hope that others will see it and avoid using this company. I booked a parking spot through their website, and everything looked completely legitimate. However, when I arrived, I couldn't even access the parking location. To make matters worse, I discovered that the price I was being charged through the app was actually higher than what it would have cost to pay for parking directly. I also never received a confirmation email. I tried calling customer service multiple times, but no one answered. I sent emails as well and received no response. Now I cannot get my money back. I'm extremely upset that this company is allowed to continue operating. Their website appears professional and trustworthy, but in my experience, it's a total scam. I hope no one else uses this service, and I encourage anyone who has had a similar experience to report it to the appropriate consumer protection authorities so this company can be investigated. Scamming people like this is simply not okay.
