Every person in our organization is a current or former caregiver. Being passionate caregivers is critical to our ethos - remembering that we serve a fragile population (the aging and disabled) and their families - helping them arrive at better product solutions and expert application, better care, better aging - in their own home, or in the assisted living facility. Giving them hope, solving their problems, winning their business with every engagement. Delivering a world-class shopping experience and knowledge and insight and curated product solutions that cannot be replicated at the local chain pharmacy or Mega Mart or Online Marketplace. Our size and scale and approach ensure deep business relationships and true buying power with the best home health manufacturers and distributors in the business. We want long-term relationships with customers and have real caregivers answering the phones and ensuring every order and product is of great quality and value. We want to be the Sephora or Geek Squad of all things aging and caregiving related.

I purchased an overbed table. Since, I had no use for the item and it's intended use, I contacted customer service to return it. I spoke with Maura about returning it. She was absolutely helpful and extremely efficient in providing me instruction for returning the item. Thank you.

Holidays and all my last order was handled poorly. Ordered 12/22 . Credit card charged 12/22 Shipped 12/26 and finally delivered 12/27 Now had I been told holidays delays I would have shopped elsewhere. So I'm a bit disappointed.

We received your review and are sorry you were disappointed by the delivery timing. I see you ordered on the weekend before Christmas. You are right, the holiday did delay your shipment. There were no pick ups until the day after Christmas, on the 26th, and your order was delivered the next day, on the 27th. But of course, from your point of view, that was 5 days after ordering and I can understand your frustration. I have put $10 worth of points into your account, if we should be fortunate enough to have another order from you. Added to the points you already have accrued, there is $16.12 waiting to be applied. We can help you place an order if you are not sure how to redeem your points. Also, if you would like to know when an order of yours will ship and be delivered, just give us a call. We can contact the warehouse and give you a good estimate. It’s probably a good idea to anticipate a little longer than usual shipping during holidays. Again, I’m sorry you did not receive your shipment quicker.
Very sturdy well-built you can charge your phone while you’re moving in the chair
