Only problem I ran into was on the invoice it said Fed Ex was going to deliver but it was another company. I emailed to find out what company was going to deliver it and the person contacted me through email and voice mail which was great that she made sure I got the information I needed.

Did not deliver when they said it would. The box came in in terrible condition I'm surprised all the pieces were there. Their shipping department must really have issues

Recieved my order on time and undamaged even though there was no packing material in the box. Would have been 5 stars if there was. Those package handlers along the way are never gentle. Other than that very satisfied.

I believe these diapers are better than most, but ordered these for nighttime protection for my father who is having a lot of trouble with water retention. He was in hospital for 3 days in which they removed 20 lbs of water. Being on a strong diuretic he is eliminating a lot of fluid. Even those these had more padding than most, fluid seeped out of the sides. We purchased the 34 X 52 washable bed pads sold by Perella's as further protection. They have really helped to protect bedding.
