I have a degenerative neurological disease and incontinence had become a distressing problem. I couldn't find a brief that fit so I had embarrassing leaks. Now I can sleep the night through and I even use the overnight briefs during the day and am confident I won't embarrass my family, friends or myself whenever we go out. Relaxed and dry in Idaho.
