Easy website to use as it was in English! Tracking was tough as it was coming from China when we thought it was coming from Switzerland!

Hi M Keo, thank you very much for sharing your experience. We’re happy to hear that you found our website easy to use and appreciated that it was available in English 😊 We’re sorry for the confusion regarding the shipping and tracking information. To be transparent, we work with multiple international logistics hubs to ensure product availability and reasonable delivery times. For this reason, some orders may ship from different locations than the brand’s registered address. We understand how this may have caused different expectations, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you again for your feedback—it truly helps us improve both our communication and overall customer experience. Warm regards, — PaperWrld Team 🤍
My bad for trusting there in house reviews. (Assuming they were created by pw employees) They create the illusion that they are state side. Can not contact directly 2-3 day response. To date the biggest purchase regret. Still waiting 14 days and counting. Finally received not worth the price paid. Seems like all interaction is by AI generated responses. Live and learn.

Hi John, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations — this is never the feeling we want our customers to have, especially after making an important purchase. We’d like to clarify that while we serve customers worldwide, our support team operates remotely and responses can occasionally take 1–3 business days, particularly during high-volume periods. That said, every message is carefully reviewed and responded to — we never intentionally leave anyone without assistance. Your feedback is important to us, and we would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to better understand what went wrong and see how we can help resolve the situation. Please feel free to reply to our support email or reach out again, and we’ll do our best to assist you. Thank you again for sharing your experience.

I appreciate all the beautiful products. And the sale was great! Sadly the loss of a star is for two of my stickers being ripped when they arrived.
