Poor product quality. Colors aren't bright. They advertise as scrapbook supplies but their products are miniscule! Very disappointed, certainly not worth the money.

Hi Brenda, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that the products did not meet your expectations. We’d like to clarify that each product on our website includes a detailed description with full specifications, including exact measurements, materials, and close-up photos, so customers can clearly understand the size and characteristics before purchasing. Our products are designed specifically for scrapbooking, journaling, and paper crafting, where smaller, delicate elements are intentional and commonly used for layering and detailed compositions. That said, we understand that expectations can differ, and we’re sorry you felt disappointed. If you’d like, our customer care team would be happy to review your order and see if there’s anything we can do to assist you further. Thank you again for your honest feedback — it helps us continue to improve. Kind regards, PaperWrld Customer Care
The products are absolutely beautiful. My only complaint is it takes so long to get them. This could limit my frequency in ordering from them.

Hi Eva 💛 Thank you so much for your lovely words — we’re really happy you find our products beautiful ✨ Regarding shipping times, we’d like to explain that occasionally some orders may experience delays due to circumstances beyond our control (such as customs processing or carrier delays). Delivery times can also vary depending on the destination country. That said, we are constantly working to improve our logistics and shipping processes to make deliveries faster and more reliable. Your feedback truly helps us do better, and we sincerely appreciate it 🌸 Warm regards, PaperWrld Customer Care

This company ships from China and it takes over a month to arrive! Nothing on their website prepares you for this when ordering. I ordered right after thanksgiving but my daughter’s gift did not arrive for Christmas and it was very disappointing. We will never order from them again.

Response from paperwrld.com· Jan 15, 2026
Hi Katie, Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the disappointment caused by the delivery delay, especially since the order was intended as a Christmas gift — we completely understand how frustrating that can be. We’d like to clarify that orders placed during the holiday season may experience delays due to the Christmas period, including increased shipping volumes, customs processing, and carrier congestion. Unfortunately, these are factors outside of our direct control. That said, we take your feedback seriously and are actively working to improve both delivery times and how clearly this information is communicated on our website. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and are sorry we didn’t meet your expectations on this occasion. Kind regards, PaperWrld Customer Care
