Absolutely the best place to shop. Communication regarding the product and shipping it is key. I always knew when my package would be delivered. I also received a sample. I will be ordering again very soon.

I am not sure how "friction" is applicable, but I had to pick something. In this case, the drops I purcahsed and used for twee weeks daily (recommended dose and all) did not make me feel any different, better or worse. The packaging also gave me grief; I couldn't for the life of me open this bottle and had to forcefully jam a knife into the wood closure on the side. Not crazy about this product, as is clear. I had such high hopes and feel disappointed (and somewhat taken for $60 :(

Hello Karin, We value your feedback and apologize for this experience you had with our Hemp Drops. Cannabidiol, CBD, affects everyone differently so we would love to discuss alternative methods of dosing with our products for your specific needs. Please keep a look out for an email from us. In regards to the packaging, we take child safety very seriously so we do provide a child-proof cap and plastic tamper proof wrapping to all our products. If you have further questions or concerns, please reach out to us at [email protected] or by phone at 1 (844) 387-9877 and we will be more than happy to assist you. We apologize again for the inconvenience and look forward to solving this for you as quickly as possible.

I had meniscus surgery in November and it has continued to cause pain at night. Since I started using your balm, the discomfort appears to be decreasing. It has only been one week but I am already sleeping better. Onwards and upwards!
