Papa & Barkley CBDReviews of papaandbarkleycbd.com

I had placed three previous orders for their CBD product. I have one that's on the way and should be delivered in a couple of days. This morning on my credit card statement I seen another charge so I checked their website and they were shipping me two more bottles for $159. It was because of some subscription thing that they said I had applied for. I canceled it immediately and sent an email to the company requesting they do not ship it and that I feel like the subscription is a scam. This evening I got another email saying that the product had shipped. I sent them another email telling them that if they shipped it against my will that I was going to dispute it on my credit card. I won't be ordering again from a company that is using these types deceptive practices.

applied it to my shoulders and upper backs where it would work but i guess it acts like a muscle relaxer too which made my my right middle back muscles spasm and guard instead i got the : Extra Strength 3:1 Releaf Balm it acts like a muscle relaxer but made my unapplied areas guard. i have a l5 s1 pars fracture, with slippage so i got lower back problems too, back problems in general and chronic pain and nerve pain i purchased the 100ml which was $115.22 USD requested a full refund

3:1 topical works great will be a lifelong customer.

I’ve been experiencing arthritis in my hands, arms & fingers for years (I’m 73) and have tried many products for relief but none has been as effective as P &B’s 1:3. The pain subsides quickly! It’s pricey but it works so much better than anything else.

I just canceled my subscription for their Releaf drops. I was a long time customer and found the product helpful. Unfortunately their customer service is unacceptable. Their phone number is just a voicemail system. Email is the only way to communicate. I had to re send an email to customer service when they didn’t respond to my first attempt at reaching them. They created a problem with my account when they finally addressed my concerns and then implied that I was to blame for the confusion. It was as though a bad version of AI was responding. Infuriating!

They sent me a product ready to expire the following month. It's a dark brown color, not light brown and translucent. They said it's normal to use it one after the expiration date. Interesting, huh? They also said it's potency is assured for 2 years from manufacturing date, which they won't give you so how do you know when it was manufactured? Can you believe the mental gymnastics they will do instead of replacing the product?

I ordered this product in December; I forgot to add my unit address, so I didn't get the product. I called the number 3 times and left messages; I emailed them; I had hoped they would re-ship to me or refund my money. It's been over a month, but I have not gotten a response. Very poor customer service, I would not subscribe to thier service.

I have used the 3:1 THC Rich formulation for several years. It works on my knee pain (almost bone on bone) and it takes a small amount. Four times I bought the 1.75 oz container with no problem. The fifth container looked strange with a void in the material. I weighed it and there was 1.44 oz. Had the jar been 1.75 oz as advertised I would give it 5 stars.
