Resolved my problem quickly and efficiently.

Unparalleled customer service. My corporation is very picky about what software/programs we use. One of the strictest criteria we have, next to the supreme quality of the product itself, is how quick and efficient the customer service is. Happy to say that we are sticking with PandaDoc because of their ability to resolve questions we had extremely quickly and accurately, without delay. Time is everything for us. I was saved enough time to type up a nice review for them, for example, whereas working with big tech companies normally takes us weeks to resolve simple issues and they have to miss out on where the ball was dropped because we don't have the time. Thanks again.

I really like the app. Great UX and intuitive to use. I just don't like that I can't send a single link to multiple people. I like to send the documents via links, and if I'm sending to more than one person, it's very clunky. I wish there was a single link that everyone could access.

The PandaDoc has been very efficient in uploading and sending documents to Parents in a timely manner. I find it to be easy to use.

Easy to use et well done. you don't need any explaination , the UX is simple and you can chare the docs.
