I like the many possibilities
I like the many possibilities concerning document-management. Sometimes it is hard to find certain functionality, so the user-interfaace could perhaps be made better.

CRAP!!!
CRAP!!!! Was working on a doc for over two hours when it suddenly frozen saying: "oops, unexpected snag". Two hours of work out of the window with no opportunity to recover. Waste of time, effort. Rubbish product!!!!@!!@!
