My orders were missing the 3 DIY wooden frames.

Ordered March 9, now March 31. Still waiting!

It has been over a month and I still haven't received my package.

I was pretty disappointed in the color palette; it doesn’t match my original picture for my custom paint by number kit. It feels as though the contrast is really high. There were 5 shades of white while these portions were purple and not as present as my original photo. If you are editing photos for paint matching purposes, it would be great to get the opportunity to have a proof to approve before receiving a canvas and paints that don’t match the source photo.

I’ve done this before with a different company. But they totally missed the correct coloring. The bottom half is okay, but the top of the painting is way off. This is supposed to be a wedding present, but I wouldn’t hang this up where people can see it.

Excellent product, except we ordered one of the largest canvases and they folded it in half to mail it, which results in a crease in the canvas. If they rolled it to send this wouldn’t happen.

The paints for the portrait do not match at all. I was painting this for my daughter's wedding gift, but I am not liking the colors sent. There should be communication along the way when creating from a picture. She has blonde streaks in her hair, they have flesh color the same as skin. She has green eyes.. They have paint brown :(

You get 2 stars because I’m not waiting for the package to arrive to rate this. Waiting over two weeks is ridiculous, COVID or not. I doubt I’ll order again !
