Packed poorly -- paints looked like they were thrown into a box loosely. Frame has fragile ends, but not packed securely. Is a Christmas present, but Paint with Number won't stop bothering me for a review. Buy this...and you sign up for spam. So, they're getting the review they pestered me for. When the receiver actually opens the present, we'll see what the full review it.

I ordered a wooden frame with my painting and when the painting came in the mail it didn’t come with it. Also you should change the picture of the apron you guys are selling to what it actually looks like.

So its been 2 weeks, still have not gotten my package yet. Thought thats strange, click the tracking and the security in my computer goes nuts. Turns out this stuff is from Asia. Website seems legit, tracking seems to be moving, but at the speed of smell. I am anxious to see if this actually shows up or if I get to spend my time over Christmas denying charges to the credit card company.

The image provided and the colors provided to accomplish a “realistic” look were so far off. My white shirt is a blend of browns and tan. The difference in Skin tone between the two of us in the photo is not represented at all. This was not worth it.

I order once from this company and had a great experience! I recently ordered again and there is no tracking with my order. I emailed them 2 weeks after my order was placed and asked for an update and didn’t hear anything. I got a notice that my order was shipped and it is 3-5 days delivery. I waited another 1.5 weeks and emailed again. Nothing. It has been a month since placing my order and even with 2 emails asking for any sort of update or tracking for something I have not heard anything. Customer service basically doesn’t exist.

Firstly, I ordered an advanced custom painting and the picture itself looked good. However, when I opened the package, the canvas was all wrinkled (tried ironing it out but didn't work) and some of the paints had opened. The packaging should be much better! Perhaps in a box not just rolled up in paper.

I have ordered twice from this company and twice they have sent the wrong painting kit!! I have emailed their “customer service” but all I hear are crickets!! They’re fast enough to take my money though… the kits arrived folded into 4 squares so there are permanent creases in them. I’m going to try ironing the back side of one of the ones I got that I didn’t want and see what happens. I won’t be ordering from them again. In this case, you do get what you pay for, including bad customer service!!!!

The product arrived in a terrible state. The box looked like it had been sawn in two and the taped back together. Some of the paints have fallen out of there allotted places so could mean we end up using the wrong colour at the wrong point. She hasn't tried it yet so we'll see what happens.
