Shipping was way too slow. I assumed it was shipped within Canada as it was a Canadian site. Order with a month before gift was needed and still didn’t come in time.

We haven’t done the actual painting, however the delivery of the sets is very delayed, taking over 3 1/2 weeks. Beware they use regular postal service and no expedited customs. Our package was ready in 1 day, took one week to get picked up. Christmas gift ordered on Dec 2 arrived on 29th.

It looks nice but it arrived much later than promised. The site says 15 days. It wound up arriving after Xmas which is disappointing.

I ordered this in November and never got it before Christmas. I sent an email to your staff and they said it was returned for size?

Took 6 weeks to arrive Didn’t realise that would be the case when I ordered I haven’t tried it yet

Update to my previous review. Order is now delivered late and won’t be here for Xmas. I know this company isn’t completely at fault but my order didn’t get shipped until almost a week after being ordered. Then was stuck with customs for an entire week.. now won’t be delivered until the new year. Disappointed. Just hope I’m happy with quality of product once it arrives.

No updates or order number provided. Sent me reward points to use but no information on my order of 26 portraits. Website won't let me log in to see order status. Not sure if I'm even going to get the order. Review status may change based on product and recievement of information on order
