PacklaneReviews of packlane.com

I've ordered from Packlane for years and it's always such an effortless and easy process and there has always been someone there to assist if I was ever in need of any help! Shipping is quick and arrives on time if not earlier than expected. We love Packlane!

Absolutely love the boxes I ordered for my sneaker company! The quality is better than I imagined! Definitely recommend.

We ordered custom boxes and the experience was totally positive. The ordering process was simple, pricing was very reasonable, production timetable was fast, and communications were excellent throughout. Very, very pleased with the quality of the results and can't wait to have another project to send to this company. Highly recommend!

I was able to get my picture changed. And the communication of the email to getting a better resolution for my boxes was great. I definitely will recommend packlane to my friends and future work for my Business.

Words can not express how wonderful my customer experience was! Being a small business owner myself, I understand the importance of having not just a great product, but stellar customer service. I am a newbie to packaging design and had multiple challenges in getting my images formatted correctly for the box design. Packlane reps Krista and Brady had the patience of Job!!! They not only let me know when the images were incorrect and gave detailed guidance, complete with screen shots on where the errors were. I am as able to get my boxes completed and can’t wait to show them off! Packlane has just made me a lifelong customer!!!! Teresa Williams CEO & Founder Pure Lux Face & Body pureluxskinfood.com

Aside from the super easy to navigate website, the service was lightening quick. The Prepress Support team went above and beyond to make sure my boxes looked perfect. Jeanna was a pleasure to work with and huge help!

This is my 2nd order with Packlane. When I submitted my vector file, I got an alert that the image was blurry due to the resolution. I reached out for some clarification and connected with Brandy. For the next few days Brandy helped me tirelessly through multiple iterations, answering all my questions and helping me improve the quality of my proof. What I appreciated most was how prompt Packlane support was to aid me in getting my design just right, and how patient and detailed they were throughout the process. As part of my work I come across many packaging companies and Packlane is definitely one of my top go-to spots for specialty packaging

I received my boxes quickly---they are super thorough! Packlane made sure to check my design for quality image size and notified me that I may want to check it again and adjust. I am grateful for this step. They are super helpful!!!
