Be honest about what you offer. You said you have qualified, trained loaders when actually, you just hired local businesses, which I could have done myself without your help. It wound up being much more expensive. And I had to deal with a mad vendor when I gave him a review he didn't like.

First, paying $600+ for 45 minutes of loading and $500 for 20 minutes of unloading is very expensive. Loading too fast and not being careful, especially with a fragile cabinet, resulted in considerable damage when received at destination. Secondly, getting a refund on unused paper pads was frustrating. Lance and Christine promised my refund would be credited to the card in 3 to 5 business days. It took multiple phone calls and nearly three weeks for it to finally show up. NOT good customer service!!! Thirdly, now having to file a claim for the damages incurred is most likely to be difficult as well.

The movers opened a stationary door, ruining it. I have to contact them first thing in the morning to fix it! I just sold my house, about to move out and this is really bad. They packed a framed print that I advised was staying here. They left alot of tape, cardboard, drink cans and paper wads all over the house and driveway. In all honesty, the guys were nice enough but the aftermath is unacceptable.

First I just wanted to say that there were 3 packers. Two of them were there to get the job done. They were professional and quick. The younger guy, I can tell he was a rookie, however it seems like he was slowing everyone down and to be honest, he was not gentle and was very slow. The one thing I did not like, was that NO ONE reported that they destroyed the edge of the entryway wall. You can clearly see that their dolly or something heavy hit it. I have sent a claim and so far, so none has reached out to me.

They were very accomodating when I had to move dates because scheduling issues with PODS. The pickup movers in NY were ok. The dropoff movers in SC were terrible. They left trash around the POD container. They got there around 2 PM, I guess they anticipated moving everything into the apartment and then leaving. I let them know there were several items that needed to be assembled. I was met with attitude, "I have another job to go to". Constantly complaining the entire time, myself and my Dad were even helping them put the futon together.

Unfortunately our NEW refrig had 5 dents both refrig and freezer. The doors need to be replaced or fixed. The dryer door is scratched and there were some small scratches on furniture

They claim to be professional but I think they just drag people off the street to pack your possessions . They did a horrible job . Quite a few pieces of furniture were damaged. Don't bother to file a claim, they make you jump through hoops and give you nothing . Horrible experience-never again.
