Have owned a inogen G3 for a little over 2 1/2 years.Zero problems ,but I do have a question.I have ordered and received New filters. Have calls many times but cant6 get anyone to talk to. I replaced the old ones, but for some reason I don't think they are working as well as the ones I took out.I was reading that there is a filter behind where the tube hooks up to the machine and was wondering if it may need to be changed.There is a tool that must be ordered,so I read. the unit was delivered on time and as ordered' it supply the amount needed' i received it before the two hurricanes hit. the rental unit shorted out. i am oxygen dependent. i would not have survived w/o this unit. thank you oxygendirect.
