My first experience with the company was very good Mars who helped me was very helpful and cordial. I was able to visit the store because it is in my state of Colorado. I am impressed that the store can help right on the spot if needed. The lady at the front desk can check the % of my concentrator which is very comforting. Glad I chose this company

Christa was amazing, would give her 6 stars if we could. I had been contacted by four other concentrator companies. But chose to buy from OCS because Christa took the time to answer all my questions thoughtfully. And she provide us with extra information we didn't think to ask for. Also, she was the most responsive and helpful. My 89-year-old mother truly loves the concentrator. It has changed her lifestyle.

I began my search for a portable OC when we were no able to safely visit relatives out of town while I was dependent on the small Oxygen bottles... miserable times. This has been a true game changer since my oxygen saturation levels match that of my home Oxygen Concentrator. I was amazed, truly! I am okay with my concentrator, although it is not quiet like I was told. I believe the salesman was talking about the Respironics Everflo Q and I was sent the Respironics Everflo. It is not much quieter than the concentrator I replaced. Because the reason I replaced it was to have a good nights sleep, it did not meet my expectations. Janice Hinshaw

Top notch service and sales from the moment the phone was answered. The receptionist was so fast and personable and courteous, he knew exactly who my sales rep was, Bret. I was promptly cared for and transferred to Bret with no delay. So darn nice to speak to people and not some recorded voice on a machine and left in limbo until a real person gets back to you. What ever you do at the store hope you treat your receptionist like gold. He was awesome and so professional and kind. Bret, was my salesman and what a great and patient guy he is with a vast knowledge of the products available to fit the needs of the clients. You are very lucky to have Brett, as he patiently worked with me for the past five days until we could narrow down what best fit Dad's needs. Brett takes great pride in both his job the company he represents. He was transparent and not pushy but simply and gently showcased his expertise. I am most grateful to him as the choices for such machines can be overwhelming but not with Brett. He made the experience effortless and gave me confidence in the product we selected without the stress and worry. He is a team player as he consistently complimented the company he works for the high standards and transparent business moto for his employer. Thank you so much Brett.
