No pressure to purchase, excellent price. I had an issue shortly after receiving machine and they immediately took care of it. Dakota in sales and Tammy in service are pretty good at what they do.

We had amazing help in choosing the concentrator from Thatcher. He was very knowledgeable. It was immediately sent and on our doorstep within 24 hours. Super service. We have since ordered more masks and tubing and could not be happier with the machine and with the service. Thank you.

Quick delivery of unit. Having trouble loading app due to not knowing what the password is. The Rove 6 we got seems heavier than our old inogen 3.
