They delivered on time, and were as helpful as they needed to be. Nothing special, but not a bad experience. I was annoyed that they did not tell me that a prescription was necessary up front, and then they charged my credit card before I got the prescription and finalized the order.

Your sales staff did very well in getting what I needed. They were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The only problem was getting my doctor to furnish a script of the units. Well done!.

I was so happy and surprised to get this portable oxygen concentrator. My insurance through Medicare did get it for me. Its works great and now, I can go out and not be confined inside my home. Anyone looking to purchase one, this Simplygo is perfect and low maintenance.
