Oxygen Concentrator StoreReviews of oxygenconcentratorstore.com

Quick ship and delivery of the item we needed. Thank you

I was needing a portable oxygen concentrator to travel and I spoke with Michael Dickerson a representative of your company and he helped me not only obtain a portable oxygen concentrator but did it in a timely manner so that I was able to make my flight on time. Great customer service.

Visited with Mars on phone. He went over all details of purchase and operation. I had previously bought supplies for my old machine provided by insurance. Why pay any portion of insurance monthly when I can be buying my own concentrator? He was very efficient from beginning to end including getting the doctor's prescription and sending the machine.

As always, great and fast service. I couldn't be happier with this company. I've always received great service whether I had a question or was ordering something.

Really good and kind conversation over the phone with the representative on brief explanations of some of the models and availability, quickly concluded with a selection and proceed to purchase. Equipment was overnighted and received at home as expected.

No pushy salespeople. Prompt service on getting the products out. Followed by a call to talk you through the operation of the concentrator. Prices compatible to others. Giving them five stars, because they have been great to work with!

Not the best experiene. For senior citizens on a fixed income, this purchase is a lot of money. Tracking the shipping was messed up and was really stressing me out (apparently shipping company errors). But then I could not reach anyone including and especially my sales associate to find out what was going on. I am not sure I will be recommending this company to other COPD/emphysema patients needing supplemental oxygen.

I am very satisfied with my new concentrator. The service was great. And even in the middle of the Christmas rush, I received great shipping. 586672
