The gentleman on the phone paid attention to important details and made sure we were satisfied with the product! Our replacement columns were in warranty and we didn't have to pay to replace them.

I called Nick and explained what we needed in a portable machine. He explained options and costs. He forwarded material about the machines. He recontacted me, but we hadn’t made a decision. After further research on our part, we called back and order the machine. The delivery was delayed by a couple of days, but we were notified. Nick offered to assist in putting it together, but my husband was able to get it together. It appears to be working properly. All of the features mentioned are there and we received what we expected.

I talked to two employees, did not get there names, but both were very helpful in helping me troubleshoot the problem. I also appreciated their positive attitudes.

When I purchased my Inogen One G3 from Oxygen Concentrator, I was not impressed. This unit has not worked since I bought it. But, I hesitated working with the store on this issue because of my bad experience with sales. However, the repair team was an entirely different. They stayed in contact with me every step of the way. They worked with Inogen to make sure everything was covered under warranty. The only thing I had to pay for was the shipping. Thanks guys for a very satisfying experience.
