After studying various portable oxygen concentrators we chose Carrie Freestyle Comfort. At the last minute before flying to Canada we decided to purchase the container. James Gonzales was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and made arrangements to mail our container to our hotel in Canada. We had to contact customs and managed to get it on time. It is light weight and easy to carry and use.

I accidentally ordered the wrong length nasal cannula, whereas I need a longer length. When I called, my concern was validated and I was assured the proper size nasal cannula will be sent with no concern of returning the ones I ordered.
