What made my experience great was the operator knowing exactly what I needed to purchase for my cousins machine, the backpack 🎒. I think it is great how the company is creating products that help their customers lead a good life even when on oxygen.

We needed oxygen support for my 85 year old Dad in NJ, and we needed it FAST. Mars Batton was LITERALLY, a life-saver. Mars was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was honest and kind. He was a pleasure to work with and such a relief to have a compassionate and intelligent human on the other end of the phone line in my most desperate time of need. Mars was able to quickly react when the Doctor was late calling me to set up the appointment to have oxygen device approved. We were racing against the clock because the UPS truck was going to pick up soon. Because of Mars, the doctor called me right away. In the end Mars, WAITED a bit after hours to be SURE that our oxygen until was on the truck for delivery. My Dad needed and has been using the oxygen from the moment it arrived in N.J. I bought a Bellascura O concentrator from the OC Store during Covid because Inogen concentrators weren't available. I liked it okay. But then the seive cartridge failed over and over on the Bella. one. I called the OC Store and spoke about my dissatisfaction with the Bella. machine. Tammy called me from the OC Store the same day. She said that they had had continual problems w/ the Bella. machine. She offered without me asking a reconditioned Inogen machine w/ a larger battery for no cost to me! That was terrific customer service on her part! I appreciate her proactive response.
