I would be stuck at home if it wasn't for my machine. I live on Guam and having this machine has allowed me to go to my doctors appt. Or go places with out the heavy tank. My Iogen is light weight and had allowed me to spend so much time with my children and husband. I have the Best Customer service agent Jake. He worked with me in a timely matter. I recommend my Friends and Family to look into it. You get your independent back. It's worth all the money you spend.

Customer service is very poor . My concentrator is still under warranty. From some remote location OCS representative stated that the fan was broken without seeing the machine. I asked how long would it take to repair and return the OC to me. They estimated 4 to 8 WEEKS. I asked what could they do to help me during that interval. They had NO SOLUTION. However they said I could pay them $195 immediately and they would replace my machine (still under warranty) with some broken down refurbished one. HA Also they would then keep my newer machine. There was NO CONCERN ABOUT THE PATIENT WHO NEEDS OXYGEN 24/7. I would be VERY HESITANT BEFORE EVER PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THE OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR STORE.

Oxygen concentrators are electric devices and may require repairs as in this case. It is always suggested that oxygen users keep an alternate source of oxygen in case of downtime. Your concentrator has been repaired and is on its way back to you. We have repaired this unit under warranty and took care of the cost of the new sieve beds. I just had the very best experience ever !! Meri was so understanding and helpfull I called in a panic my concentrater died! She was able to get me one shipped and I got it next day and then my portable died and she took great care with that too! The support and caring were beyond measure and I am very Happy!

When I bought my first home oxygen concentrator, the customer service and follow up to ensure a smooth process for the purchase and delivery, were excellent!!! And, the staff was knowledgeable and professional, and I felt that their focus was on solving my issues regarding the purchase of the home oxygen concentrator. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the performance of the unit within the first three weeks. When I contacted customer service, there was no question in their mind about how to respond. Within the one phone call, my issue was resolved and a new unit was sent out the same business day. And, I returned the faulty unit. Yet, again, the customer service clearly exceeded my expectations. Many thanks to all!
