Nick Vaddatta is an outstanding salesman! He knows and understands the complexities of home oxygen. I bought two Inogen concentrators, one continuous flow and a Rove 4 portable unit after researching online. I made email inquiries at the Oxygen Store and Nick emailed me the following day. We spoke on the phone. He answered all my questions and understood my needs and concerns. I bought at factory price. Top of the line products which I also highly recommend. Choose The Oxygen Store in Centennial, CO and ask for Nick! You won't be disappointed.

My experience with the Oxygen Concentrator Store started with a "chat" with Nick Vanatta concerning battery information. Chatting with Nick made me realize immediately that I needed to consider a different route toward my Oxygen Concentrator needs. I presently use an older model Inogen that was a "hand me down". Nick presented me with an option for a new Inogen unit that was far less expensive than I was finding in my shopping experiences. In the last several years, I have been very discouraged with the buying public dealing with a "pay more, get less" options to consider. Now I was talking with a professional with the distinct and clear amazement of "Getting More, Paying Less!" And, the impression and true feeling of Nick being a person I could trust! After a day's thought, I called Nick and we completed the order. I had my brand new Oxygen Concentrator in five days. Happy man on this end. Great experience dealing with the best!

Nick Vannatta made my experience great, but I am not so enthusiastic about your shipping department. I was sent the wrong chargers and carrying case and it’s take over a week for them to correct their mistake.
