Batteries were very expensive and we paid for overnight shipping but it took an extra day. We needed them for travel and the delivery process was stressful.

My portable machine stopped working correctly . It was still under warranty when my husband took it to the store. They confirmed it needed a factory reset. Why did we have to pay 99.00 to return and receive a refurbished replacement? Ours was under warranty, I think it should have been replaced with a new machine with no cost to us.

Hi Terri, thank you for your review, and I’m sorry for the confusion and frustration this caused. Echoing what we clarified on the call, your unit was still under warranty, and you absolutely could have sent it in for warranty repairs. The $99 fee you mentioned applies to our optional rapid exchange program, which provides a fully-tested refurbished replacement right away for customers who cannot be without oxygen while their unit is being repaired. If you would like to discuss with us, please feel free to call our customer service team at 877-303-9289. If you ever need anything else, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help!
