Way overpriced columns. Were available on amazon for 100/pr. two pair cost almost 200.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We made three attempts to reach you to discuss your concerns directly. Unfortunately, we did not receive a return call. The charges were applied because the unit needing service had not been returned per our Rapid Exchange program agreement. Once the unit was returned, a full refund was promptly issued. To begin we had a delivery problem and we were sent the wrong thing While we waited for someone to call I became agitated and nervous about using my equipment.The I received a call from Aaron Searls who in a very patient manner and speaking slowly so I had time to understand walked me through what was going to happen.He was very articulate and a complete pleasure.

The sales rep was fantastic. Could have used a faster delivery of the 8 hr battery. I am new to the world of oxygen because it did not arrive on time, I had to cancel a plane trip.

Very helpful, knowledgeable sales person, Jake. He also didn't bombard me with sales speals, didn't call me too much, respected me when I said I wanted to wait a couple weeks. Honored a discount he told me about previously. Their prices were the best too.

Only gave 4 stars since Website would not accept my login-several times over. Even after cleaning cache and rebooting-no luck.
