I truly love the company and the staff I have interacted with consistently. However that has always been on the sales side. This was a service call, under warranty. Yet I had to pay to return the machine. Overall ran about $80 one way. That was still acceptable although a bit of a surprise. It's also the last I heard until I initiated a progress inquiry and found it was rerouted to the manufacturer. Again, not dreadful as I own a backup machine. Still, very nice folks but communication outside of sales is sketchy. My 1st disappointment.

Thank you, Robert, for your honest and thoughtful feedback, and for your continued loyalty to our company. We are glad to hear your experiences on the sales side have been consistently positive, and we sincerely apologize that the communication during your warranty service fell short of that standard. We have shared your feedback with our team to improve that process. We also appreciate you connecting with us directly after posting this review so we could help sort everything out. We understand you wished to update your review but were unable to access it due to a closed email account, and we are grateful for the kind effort all the same. If you have any questions about your repair or anything else, please call us at 877-303-9289. If you ever need anything else, feel free to reach out, we're here to help!
