Had an issue with a catch broken on a cereal pop container, customer service was quick and are sending out a new one , Georgi gave great email service and appreciate the no hassle service I recieved.

Just wanted to give a very big thank you to OXO customer service! My container top had broken and they promptly replaced it! I call that excellent customer care.

Excellent Customer Support. I did a web search for their support number. They answered promptly. I explained that I've had two Softworks Salt and Pepper shakers come apart. They immediately took my contact info and address and shipped me replacements. That is awesome! I have numerous OXO items in my kitchen and I like them very much. It is nice to know that they stand behind them.

I do all the cooking at my house and my wife cleans up. All of my kitchen gadgets are OXO, and I have well over 40 OXO gadgets. Their warranty is rock solid. I have needed replacement on several items as they ages out, but OXO stands behind their product. I highly recommend their kitchen utensils. It all started with a potato peeler.

OXO replaced a spiralizer two years after we bought it due to a faulty suction cup. My wife loves this thing. It was easy to work with them and they communicated very well.
