I appreciate all you did. However I was told my POC would be delivered on Wed, 8/15, but didn't get it til Thursday, 8/16. Called Clark on 8/15 to find out why and did not get a call back. I was without oxegyn an extra day.

dealing for price is difficult. shipping is fast. why do l have to pay shipping for warrenty work? that is wrong.

I'm still on the 30 day risk free tryout, however, thus far it's been good. A little noisier then I thought it would be and also heavier but it does give me the freedom to go where I need to which is very important to me. I also like the two battery packs as you will almost never run out of oxygen unless, of course if you forget to charge your batteries.

Oxy Med has great prices and fast service. The nly drawback is they require a signature for every delivery which means you must plan your day around their delivery schedule.

Unit was packed well. Easy to set up and so far easy to use.

Battery on lnogen g4 does not last as advertised.lt seems to last less than 3 hours on # 2 setting. The machine gets very hot.
